We take pride in the quality of our garments and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Freenote Cloth accepts returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of the delivery date.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Shipping Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.
Ship the Package
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the package is scanned to initiate the tracking process for your return.
Refund Processing
After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
